A restaurant whose very name refers directly to the world of the bullfight, it is a must for anybody who arrives in the city for the first time and wants authentic dishes from Andalusia, or simply wants to feel from Seville while they speak of the bullfighter Curro Romero and the bullring La Maestranza, which is certainly very near.The speciality of the house is bull tail.It could not be anything else in this shrine to bull fighting where two of their biggest pleasures can be found, food and wine.You can enjoy the varied menu with one of the 105 wines available.Among the famous who have sat at these tables are the Countess of Barcelona and Charlton Heston who took delight in eating sirloin steak from a bull recently killed in a bullfight. And when you leave you can always find a matador commenting on his last fight in the hall of the hotel that hosts this big restaurant.
