Grifé & Escoda Barcelona, Spain

Originally a shop that sold carpets imported from India and Pakistan, this gallery now displays the works of contemporary painters and sculptors in its exhibition hall. Once a year, around Christmas time, it hosts the Salón de Pintura Antigua, an exhibition of ancient paintings. Their temporary exhibitions change every two or three weeks, while pieces permanently on display include works by artists Mayfren, Matilla, Grau-Sala, Canals, Román Ribera and Fortuny, and sculptures by Rosend Nobás, Borrell Nicolau, Vallmitjana and Viladomat.
