Chef Carles Gaig's haute cuisine is a blend of traditional Catalan cooking and his own innovative ideas. An outstanding example of this creative spin is his 'Pigs' Feet Stuffed with Duck Confit'. The wine cellar is stocked with a large number of bottles; needless to say, you're sure to find the perfect wine pairing for whatever dish you choose. Gaig even offers a selection of fine Cuban cigars as an after dinner treat. The building itself was an old inn and retains a warm and hospitable ambience, perfectly suiting the traditional yet refined cuisine.
