If you are intimidated by experimental cuisine, here's where your fears should be allayed. Traditional Catalan fare is given a tweak or two, resulting in dishes that are a pleasure to devour. Bite into portions of grilled veggies, goat ribs fried in breadcrumbs, and beans with squid, or experiment with the Cod Esqueixada, or Cod a la Llauna with Beans del Ganxet. Once you've mustered enough courage you might want to try out the brains fried in batter...or maybe not!
