This restaurant, which specializes in superbly created Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, is unique in Bordeaux: the dishes served here are original, straight from chef's imagination. The menu at Au Bonheur du Palais varies with the chef's mood and the seasons. The décor is simple, in contrast with the kitchen, which seems to burst with often bizarre and unusual flavours. The service is efficient, friendly and quick, even when the restaurant is full.
