This restaurant celebrates cheese with no fewer than 200 varieties both French and international and offers around 900 vintages to go along with your selection. The décor is rustic but pleasant and the service impeccable. Each cheese comes with a multilingual explanatory note. Choose the buffet menu; you can eat as much as you want and try different dishes. Or you might try the Tomme de Savoie (cheese from the Savoie region) with raisins and a Meli-Melo (medley) of cheeses braised in fennel from the à la carte menu.
