This restaurant lies opposite the Meriadeck ice-skating rink and seems a little lost in this very large square. The house speciality is beef, prepared in all kinds of different ways: fillet steak, tartare (raw minced beef flavoured with herbs and condiments), minced or simply salted. There are also simple and regional dishes such as andouillettes (large chitterling sausages from Lyon). All desserts are homemade and the cheeses come from a local supplier. The warm reception and décor lend a family atmosphere to this simple little place.
