The Quai du Blues presents, every weekend, big names and bigger voices of blues music. The restaurant, serving deliberately French cuisine to accompany the deliberately American-styled performances, provides dinner from 9p-11p each evening (extended hours possible upon reservation) with projections of classic blues performances on a big screen. The concerts themselves are blues, gospel, soul, or rhythm and blues: a perfect dessert course for the ears. Blues aficionados will be impressed by the scheduled program of concerts, and blues novices will quickly be transformed into dedicated fans.
