First you have to know why it is called The Wolseley. The premises were owned by the British car firm Wolseley Cars in the 1920s. Sample delicious cosmopolitan fare here instead of vintage cars. For instance, savor the Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon or the Roast Chicken with Tarragon. They are better than driving off in one of the Wolseleys.
