Located in the Cotswold House Hotel, Hicks' Brasserie is a contemporary refuge of sorts, which gives visitors a chance to have a leisurely drink and meal. It serves a number of brasserie-type dishes, such as Cured Grilled Mackerel and Smoked Salmon; even the rather ordinary macaroni cheese has been reinvented as Truffled Macaroni Cheese. The main course lists a number of mouthwatering dishes, such as the Hicks' Burger, which is made up of Scottish beef, mozzarella, bacon, and chips. For something more refined, try the Rondel of Salmon. During summer, the terrace that looks upon the hotel's gardens is open to customers.
