TV chef Paul Rankin has helped to revolutionize Irish cooking and Cayenne is his latest restaurant experiment. The first recipient of the Michelin star in the city, Rankin has simplified things this time round, creating a light hearted and relaxed ambience in this most contemporary of restaurants on the Golden Mile. Main courses feature vegetarian, meat, local wild game, and seafood dishes in combinations that marry the best of eastern and western flavors and cooking styles.
