Daruma-Ya is the ideal place if you are not completely familiar with the intricacies of Japanese cuisine - the staff could not be more helpful and will guide you around the menu. The menu offers various set meals for those who are unsure about what goes with what etc. Happily, all this is done without pandering to Western cuisine. The food retains its integrity and draws you in with its great mix of flavours and stylish appearance. Wash down the exotic flavours with a drop of sake. The venue is also open in the evenings from 6.30pm.
