Set in the heart of the city shopping area, this small, friendly restaurant serves a wide variety of traditional wholefood dishes. The restaurant is small with closely packed tables and a cosy atmosphere. This is a popular venue with younger people and shoppers in search of a quick lunch. Some items are available to take out. The menu is mainly vegetarian, but there are some meat dishes on offer too. Snacks such as Welsh rarebit, Welsh faggots and vegetarian sausage make for a good lunch. Alternatively, try a bowl of cawl - a traditional Welsh soup with lamb and vegetables.
