A stylish ambiance, 21-foot windows overlooking spectacular views of the city-seascape and an eclectic combination of Italian and Japanese cuisine will all greet you at Aqua. There are two kitchens, one Italian, one Japanese, in this restaurant. Though the Aqua Roma offers regular Italian delights, it's the Aqua Tokyo that holds more promise, with exotic-sounding fish and grilled dishes alongside more familiar options (sushi, sashimi, traditional Sake). Both spaces offer a variety of desserts, and the service is friendly, a tad tardy, but unobtrusive. Aqua Spirit, the luxuriant lush Buddha Bar style lounge upstairs, provides a great space to unwind. An interesting cocktail suggestion would be Anxiety—a concoction designed to soothe the nerves.
