The Hutong restaurant is located on the twenty-eighth floor of One Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui and serves traditional northern Chinese food. Though authentically traditional, the chefs have given the cuisine a contemporary twist by making it less heavy and bringing out the subtle spicy flavor. Mandarin fish and de-boned Lamb are dishes which should not be missed. The interiors, done in a traditional Chinese way, add to the charm of the place. The intricately carved wood screens, Chinese silk curtains and red lanterns give this contemporary place an ancient China feel. Its always a pleasure to enjoy a nice Chinese meal here. Doors open for dinner at 6pm daily.
