Chef and Restauranteur Alain Ducasse opened the easternmost outpost of his mix-and-match Spoon restaurant in the InterContinental hotel in Kowloon a year ago. The concept of this place is unique. The menu is divided into three columns, allowing guests to mix and match their own main course, sauce and accompaniments. You can also lounge around under a ceiling of 550 hand-blown Venetian glass spoons admiring the beautiful Hong Kong harbour.
