This is a well-established Greek restaurant, situated on the Buda bank of the Danube in the Watertown district that lies beneath the Castle Hill. There is a friendly atmosphere, with tables nestling close together and many tables for two for those romantic nights out. The murals of deep blue sea water and classical pillars evoke an Aegean atmosphere. Typical Greek starters are served with panache - the tzatziki goes down a treat and the grilled feta cheese is almost a meal in itself. The Moussaka is popular and they also do good lamb. The friendly waiters insist on pouring you a sweet dessert wine when you pay the bill. The retsina is delicious too.
