This restaurant prides itself on its authentic cuisine guaranteed to have been concocted by chefs of Moroccan descent. Needless to say, its speciality is couscous. Served in a bowl, big enough for two, the couscous comes with a choice of meat and vegetarian sauces in the traditional manner. Other meats on offer include lamb, veal, and fish as well as salads prepared with fresh market vegetables and North African herbs. A range of Oriental desserts awaits, and not to be missed is the famous Sahlab, a fragrant dessert made with soya milk and rosewater.
