Mumbai is the hub of the Indian film industry. And most of the films are made in Film City. These studios are located away from city life, on a secluded piece of land in the vicinity of Aarey Colony. There are large studio complexes for indoor shootings, and facilities like recording rooms, theaters, gardens, lakes, heli-pads. The Film City is only open for admission with prior permission.
