Chic and contemporary interiors done up in natural wood tones, niches opening out into a pond, and wooden draws separating the seating spaces, create an ambience of calm and privacy in this Nobu-inspired fine-dining restaurant. A wine cellar across one wall displays over 3,000 bottles from across the globe. For those not too keen on sake, have your pick from the wines. Or let the bartender mix you one of their heady concoctions. The food is a mix of traditional Japanese sushi with seafood stuffings and Indian vegetarian sushi with fillings like Japanese black mushroom, Philadelphia cream cheese, asparagus, cucumber, avocado, bell peppers and tofu, along with seaweed and sticky vinegar rice. Start your meal with the traditional misohiru soup and move on to the sushi. Choose from their signature pepper crusted black cod, salmon sushi, tuna and wasabi tekka maki, or Inari—a Nobu-style sushi comprising tofu pockets stuffed with rice and bamboo shoots. Flavorful and well-served—you are likely to come back for more!
