This is a great restaurant that is not the place to come to if you are looking for a simple steak or pasta dish, as this is where you will find frogs and snails on the menu. In the heart of Carso, this rustic restaurant, in the tiny village of Draga Sant'Elia, it is well known for its spaghetti with frogs or fried snails. If this is not to your taste, their are alternatives such as wild boar, brain, mushrooms and creamy pasta.
