Stella is a small bar near the Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia. It sells delicious snacks throughout the day. You can try really filling sandwiches, pastries and the typical local ham filled pastries, which are made with bread. You can enjoy breakfast there at unbeatable prices, although the coffee and croissant are preferable at the historic Caffè degli Specchi, Caffè Tergesteo or Caffè Tommaseo, which are only a few yards away. Throughout the rest of the day you can enjoy the wide choice of Italian and international wines, grappas and liquors while listening to the Jazz and Blues being played in the background. The place is sometimes really chaotic. It is the perfect place for a filling snack.
