Historic restaurant in the Roman tradition, which bears the founder's surname. A fitting description of the decor might read: rustic interior in a simple environment. The menu offers very good Spaghetti alla Moro and many meat dishes from Abbachio to Manzo alla Checca. If you visit during the appropriate season, do not miss out on the truffle and porcini mushroom dishes. There is also an excellent wine-list where something is sure to be the perfect complement to a fine meal.
