The restaurant is run by Gabriele Graziani Calmieri who has 50 years of restaurant experience behind him. He runs this with his sons in an 18th century building that was once a posthouse and an inn. It is close to Porta San Sebastiano in old Rome and there are no parking problems. The restaurant has three air-conditioned rooms that can be used for receptions. There is also a large garden for use in the summer which has various gazebos for weddings or other celebrations. Ristorante Gabriele Ar Montarozzo offers different fixed menus: Babette's, a vegetarian menu, a Mediterranean menu and Ares' menu.
