This refined restaurant, Ristorante Cacciani, is in the lovely simplicity of one of the best known "Castelli Romani" (hill towns surrounding Rome). The restaurant is very lovely, well cared for and welcoming. The staff smile and put their customers at their ease. It is a favorite with professionals and is often the setting for receptions and celebrations. The dishes use simple cooking methods to bring out each ingredient. The fried grill, whether of fish or vegetables, is crunchy, golden and very light. The first course pasta dishes are very good and not at all heavy on the stomach. The wine cellar at Cacciani is well stocked and the dessert trolley very attractive.
