Trattoria Tritone Rome, Italy

Il Tritone is located in the historical center of Rome, not far from Trevi Fountain. This friendly, family-run trattoria offers a menu which includes both dishes of the Roman tradition and specialties based on fish, as in the Mediterranean culinary culture. Special care is taken in the choice of locally-produced seasonal ingredients. All kinds of fresh egg pasta and desserts are rigorously homemade. The wine list mostly features the popular wines produced in the vineyards of Castelli Romani, the hilly area around Rome, dotted with noble castles and mansions.
