Located in an old country farmhouse that has been stylishly renovated, this restaurant, just over an hour's drive from Rome, is well worth a visit. Vissani's cuisine is incomparable - a book would not suffice to describe it. The menu is constantly changing: roast saddle of roe with tomato; blueberry lasagna and foie gras in sauce; and the salad of sea urchins and fillets of mullet with lettuce and garlic sauce. A wide variety of cheeses is on offer. The puddings and pastries are excellent. The extensive wine list contains wines form all over the world.
