Very centrally located in Castellina in Chianti, follow the signs on the right in the pedestrian zone that lead to the town walls. It seems like a cave in the medieval fort.Small wooden tables with pink tablecloths, walls covered with wines and a red neon sign in the background give the restaurant an elegant, old-fashioned look. Tuscan cold meats and sheep's cheeses of all kinds. The pasta is homemade and that lovely yellow color that is difficult to find these days. The cooking is Tuscan on the whole but with a touch of class.
