The restaurant is on the border between Valdarno and Chianti, and offers a view of del Mille Abbey and a large garden. The interior is very decorous although it is the garden that draws the attention and is the place to eat, especially in summer in the shade. Expect to find traditional cooking that alters with the seasons. Excellent soups, and various preparations of boar are unquestionably the best first course dishes. The dessert list is long but the wine list rather short.
