The building used to be a Franciscan monastery and has been renovated by Father Eligio and his community. The delightful interior is the result of loving restoration and respect for the guests. It is a popular and lively place. There are also a few rooms where guests might stay the night. The menu is based on nine courses with excellent wine. The cooking is Tuscan, imaginative but nothing too extreme.
