This is a very pleasant place that is courageous in basing its offerings on such a politically correct dish as simple soup. The clients are mostly young but not necessarily noisy and the staff polite without being invasive, a pleasant surprise in itself. Soup is obviously the center of attention, based mainly on simple country recipes but trying to offer novelties as well. The chickpea and Porcini soup is delicious. The meat dishes are good and the Tuscan wines are sold at realistic prices.Good value for money.
