This little trattoria is always full of people, so it's advisable to get there before noon to secure a table. A faily-run establishment, this is one of the most popular, traditional and affordable eateries in the city. Delicious cuts of meat are on display and the kitchen is perfectly visible from your seat. Simple, Tuscan cuisine are available to sample: ribollita (bread and bean soup), pappa al pomodoro (bread and tomato soup), rigatoni with ragù (meat sauce), minestrone, bistecca alla fiorentina (traditionally prepared steak on the bone, served rare with a wedge of and fagioli all'uccelletto (beans prepared with the same seasonings as a chicken).
