The ambience is very refined, and the restaurant is furnished in a very elegant, classical style. The service is excellent. The cuisine is fish-based and is of very good quality. The restaurant's suppliers can be counted on for the freshness of their produce. The dishes, which really stand out, are the Oysters and the Venus Clams. The sweets are good. The wine list is also of a good standard.
