Anyone who knows Italy will know that the 'Gatto Nero' (Black Cat) is a name which is typical of the old osterie. This is a typical osteria where you can eat excellent fish. It is always crowded with tourists and locals. It is at its best in the middle of September. The service is good. Its speciality is local cooking, especially fish and shellfish. The wines are all local.
