Jewel of India, Kingston's newest Indian cuisine restaurant offers an extensive variety of authentic Indian dishes, all infused with wonderful herbs and spices known to India. If you're a first timer at Indian cuisine, the manager is delighted to help you choose a dish to your liking, and is mostly just a beckon away. The menu covers everything from Specialty Platters of gourmet prepared dishes (very hot!) to Sweet Temptations (original Indian desserts). Special mention must be made to the extensive vegetarian selection; in fact the vegetarian dishes taste just as, if not more, seasoned and appetizing as the meat dishes. - Rushel Miller
