Sunset Cafe at Timothy Beach, Saint Kitts, Saint Kitts and Nevis

Located on Frigate Bay at The Timothy Beach Resort, this cafe offers dining overlooking the Caribbean. It was totally refurbished in 1998. This open-air cafe is decorated with murals of sea life and tropical flowers. The bar is comfortable with patio dining as well as in the main dining room. The kitchen area is open so you may watch the chef prepare your meal. The menu offers a variety of West Indian and Continental cuisine. Breakfast is served from 8-11am, lunch from noon-5pm and dinner from 6pm-closing. Breakfast offers egg dishes, French toast, pancakes and fresh fruit. Lunch items include sandwiches, burgers, salads and a daily special. Dinners offer a variety of chicken, beef kabobs, beef tips, fresh fish and pasta dishes. A full service bar is available as well as a limited wine list.
