At the southernmost tip of the Baja peninsula, lies one of Cabo's most famous landmarks. This area is comprised of a large cluster of rock formations that were carved into fantastic shapes by wind and sea. During low tide, many visitors like to walk here along Playa del Amante (Lover's Beach) because it allows for a better view of an eroded passageway called the Arch of Poseidon. You can also observe Los Frailes, two rock islets that are frequented by sea lions.

Land's End
Land's End is a great place to take the whole family. Standing right next to sea lions, you get a view of all arches around the area.

Great excursion
Hop a water taxi in the marina and take the short 10 minute trip over. It's really well worth. Tip: Bring anything you might need because there are no facilities. If you're like me, your list of needs is very small when on vacation. Swimsuit, couple of cold beers, and sandwich. The snorkeling is OK but the water is kind of rough. Only swim on the Sea of Cortez side!
