Contrary to its name, China Grill offers a menu labeled as 'world cuisine' - some dishes do have a touch of Asian flavor but most are prepared on the grill or have a continental taste. The highlight at this restaurant is the huge exhibition kitchen in the center, which is a great way to see how your meal is being prepared. Or sit by the Sushi Bar, for the elegantly prepared Japanese specialty. Or better still, order a martini - the Passion Picante Martini is delicious.
