This restaurant is one of the best representatives of this type of food. Located inside the Royal Zona Rosa Hotel, it offers a sophisticated menu with specialties such as Lamb with Sugar Cane, Pil-pil Codfish with Red Peppers, Sea Beam with Hash with an aroma of Iberian ham, etc. The Spanish chef, Juan Mari Arzak, is the head of this enthusiastic team of cooks. The atmosphere is formal and prices are high.
