This fast-food restaurant is a national franchise, serving large-sized submarine sandwiches made with exotic combinations. The Hawaiian, made with ham, Oaxaca cheese, pineapple, avocado, mayonnaise, onion, tomato and lettuce, is a favorite. Hipocampo also serves Quesadillotas with different fillings, made on the spot with hand-made tortillas. The place is very simple, with wooden tables and chairs, on a terrace on the Costera, the golden zone of Acapulco.
