Located high atop a southern Puerto Vallarta cliff, and surrounded by vegetation, this huge palapa restaurant is a thing of beauty in itself. It features a grand view of the Pacific Ocean (and the accompanying beautiful sunsets) and a great seafood menu. Culinary delights include the Seafood Carousel comprised of lobster, shrimp and fish fillet, prepared with a special Mahi-Mahi sauce and cooked at your table. The chefs also specialize in flaming desserts, a spectacle in their own right, which are prepared at your table.
