Resembling an ancient Maya home with its thatched roof and stuccoed walls, the food at La Choza has its roots in the Maya tradition. Breakfast is a choice of eggs, chorizo and other Mexican dishes. Lunch and dinner are authentic dishes like corn soup (pozole), beefsteak in poblano peppersauce and the ever popular pork stew (puerco entomatado). Enjoy your meal at the corner location. Reservations are a must. Don't forget to try the cornchips served with the secret-recipe sauce.
