This restaurant has a traditional and modern feel, a celebration of the past and of the future. The theme is even reflected in the menu, which pairs age-old Argentinean recipes with new gourmet tastes. The appetizers are especially daring, including cocktails with fully unshelled shrimp and raw oysters. The entree menu however, is somewhat tame by comparision, serving steaks and seafood dishes with unusual spices and sauces. Complementing the meal is the casual but elegant setting, from soft music and lighting, to warm brick walls and sunset views over the ocean. The entire picture creates a great overall ambiance that makes this a great choice for dining out in Cancún.
