Diners may choose from over 20 ready-cooked vegetable dishes for a selection of three along with a plate of rice. Highly recommended are the "prawns" and Tepanyaki roast Peking "duck." Bittergourd, honeyed ginseng and ginger-lemon grass teas are available for a refreshing alternative.
