As you walk into this well-lit restaurant, you might for a moment wonder whether you've reached a 27 feet high glass conservatory. The glass walls enable your eyes to feast on beautiful views of the greenery outside, as you enjoy your four-course lunch. Come by for a romantic evening, to dine on a five course meal under the starry sky. The menu changes daily and the wine list changes weekly. The restaurant is divided into various sections; the restaurant for one, then there is the Bar Table, Business Table, Patio, Garden Room and not to forget the Chef's Table, where you are left to the mercy of the staff in the kitchen. What's more most of the ingredients used here are organic and are purchased from local farmers or hand-grown by them at Purmer polder.
