300 kilometers south of Lima, there is a town named Cachiche, famed for its legends of witches. The restaurant is a big house in Miraflores where the magic of its past is apparent in the theme. The food served here is extremely popular, with exciting new innovations of Peruvian food as well as native dishes before the Europeans arrived. A few of the more traditional dishes include Anticuchos de Corazón (grilled beef heart brochettes) and Lomo Saltado del Gran Brujo (beef steak and potatoes stir fried with onions, chilli pepper, and soy sauce). After your meal try a drink in the bar Huaringas located within. -Jorge Arevalo
