El Merlin Azul (The Blue Marlin) is a family run place located next to a bodega with three tables outside and eight inside and is painted blue like the ocean. They serve classic food from Northern Peru (Arroz con Pato), great seafood, and have a charcoal grill in the patio ready to barbecue any of your meat dishes. It's a great neighborhood hang out. Office workers crowd in and order the special lunch menu deal for only 6.50 PEN.
