Guiuseppe's Ristorante is nestled in the Inter-Continental San Juan Resort & Casino. The Northern Italian dining experience at Giuseppe's restaurant is a treat. The owner and his brother have been pleasing clientele for the last 25 years. His brother owns and operates Martino's, an equally fine Italian restaurant in San Juan. Leo Reynoso, maitre d' of Giuseppe Ristorante at the San Juan Grand Beach Resort, makes the popular house salad and his tableside presentation is extremely professional. Gnocchi al Presto Genovese with its sauce of basil, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil, and the Pollo Principessa, a sauteed chicken breast topped with asparagus and served in a white wine sauce, are excellent recommendations.
