Trois Cent Onze is the latest entry into the fine dining scene in the district of South Fortaleza. The restaurant has a stunning decor and a menu steeped in the cuisine of Provence. White tablecloths, Limoges china and rich wood tones characterize the sophisticated and refined interior. The restaurant has quickly developed a loyal following among youngish well-heeled professionals. The cuisine is genuinely French with some American accents—the foie gras and lobster bisque are magnifique! There's a very good French wine list, too.
