Americans living in Moscow love this place (and a couple of other late-night restaurants in town) both because it is one of the oldest Western-style establishments and due to its extreme proximity to Maiakovskaia metro. Russian girls looking for foreign husbands also come here. Its sister branch (which is much larger, with plenty of pool tables and more of a 'New Russian' atmosphere) doesn't serve breakfast, but the food tends to be better. Its summertime patio grill is one of the best open-air eateries in town. The servings are huge by Moscow standards and the staff all speak good English.
